A 100% natural vacation in the heart of Seine-Maritime

Set in lush greenery, Avenue Verte is a superb trail for families and friends to discover, ideal for children and people with reduced mobility. And because good news never comes alone, it’s directly accessible from our campsite just a stone’s throw from Dieppe!

By bike, on foot, on horseback or on rollerblades, 60 km of car-free fun!

Accessible from the campsite, the Avenue Verte is a 60-km stretch of road from Forges-les-Eaux to Dieppe, ideal for walking, cycling, horse-riding or rollerblading. It offers a safe way to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Seine-Maritime countryside, as it is not accessible to cars.

To see even further afield, theAvenue verte also extends as far as London! After crossing the sea on the Dieppe-Newhaven link, the cycle path continues to the Thames (the London/Paris Avenue 406 km, 246 of which are from Paris to Dieppe).

In the other direction, you can also reach Paris via the banks of the Oise or along the Epte valley, in the heart of the French Vexin. A total of 470 km of itinerary awaits you between Paris and London.

56.01 km cycling route from Forges-les-Eaux to Dieppe: This stage starts in the heart of the Pays de Bray, a real Norman postcard with its cows and apple orchards. This is where the Avenue Verte London-Paris was born, on theold railway line that linked Dieppe to Paris. In fact, the places you pass through still bear the traces of this railway past: restored gatekeepers’ houses and old stations, signs and landmarks… As the miles go by, you’ll feel the iodized air becoming more and more present. And what a finale, the impressive white chalk cliffs of the Côte d’Albâtre!

  • Dieppe (Tuesday and Thursday mornings on Place Nationale – Wednesday mornings in the Janval district – Saturday morning market from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the town center, considered one of the most beautiful markets in France – Saturday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Grand-Rue and Place Nationale; street vendors)
  • Neuville-lès-Dieppe (Thursday mornings from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Place Henri-Dunant)
  • Arques-la-Bataille (Thursday mornings, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Place Desceliers)
  • Offranville (Fridays from 1:30 to 6 p.m. on Place Jean Dasnias; farmers’ market, clothing and local Cauchois products)
  • Saint-Aubin-le-Cauf (Friday afternoons from 3 pm to 6 pm, except July and August)
  • Saint-Nicolas-d’Aliermont (Sunday mornings from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., on Place de la Libération)
